We are not a volume framer. We take on a limited number of projects so each one gets the crews and supervision it needs, which is why we choose work by the build rather than by the postcode.

Which areas does Mountview serve?
Our core areas are West Vancouver, East Vancouver, Kitsilano and Shaughnessy. We also take projects across the rest of Vancouver, the North Shore, Richmond, the Tri-Cities, New Westminster and Maple Ridge, and further afield in Chilliwack and on Vancouver Island, by project.
Do you take projects outside your core neighbourhoods?
Yes, depending on scope and fit. We take on a limited number of complex projects, so we look closely at each one before confirming, wherever it is.
Is travel included in the estimate?
Yes. Travel and logistics are part of the estimate, so you see the whole programme in one place.
How do I know which municipality’s rules apply to my build?
Permits are issued by the municipality where the property sits, and rules on slopes, trees, heritage and servicing differ between them. Your designer or architect will confirm what applies; each of our area pages notes the common considerations.
