Do you handle structural renovations and additions?
Yes. We frame second-storey additions, extensions and structural reworks, as well as full renovations of existing homes.
Can you renovate a character or older home?
Yes. We work from approved drawings. Older homes can be subject to retention or heritage rules, which your designer or architect will confirm before work begins.
Do I need drawings before I ask for an estimate?
Drawings give us the most accurate estimate. Structural changes normally need drawings from an architect, designer or engineer and a building permit. If you are earlier than that, call us and we will talk through the options.
Will you work with my architect and general contractor?
Yes. We coordinate with your architect, engineer and general contractor so the structure and the schedule line up.
