Vancouver has its own building bylaw and permit process, and its housing stock is a mix of heritage and character homes, modern rebuilds and new infill. Each of those calls for a different approach to structure and sequencing.
We take on forming and framing for new custom homes, major renovations, additions and second storeys. We work from your architect’s and engineer’s drawings and coordinate with your general contractor throughout.
Older homes are often subject to retention or deconstruction rules, and recent zoning changes have opened up duplex and multiplex options in many single-family areas. Your designer will confirm what applies; we plan the build around the approved scheme.
